simple and easy to use

i found turbo-tax easy to use. the instructions are simple and easy to follow. you just have to come prepared to respond to all the questions...in other words, have all your annual records to income, investments, forms, govt forms etc.....as long as you are fully prepared, the system if easy to use and you should only need an hour or so to fill out all the necessary information and have the system file for you.

Turbo Tax.... Great As Ever!

on line there are several less than stellar reviews....what I have found is that even with a new computer with completely different OS, I had no problems, everything worked as it has for the past 20 years. there are some changes within the program that you need to be aware of, but as long as you pay attention to those, you should hav no problems what so ever.

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and found it less clear this year. Also, when I went to upload my financial information from my broker it took me to a retail site's information. I triple checked that I was typing the correct account number but it took me to a different account each time.
