More difficult to use

It was more difficult to set up than in past years and more cumbersome to use. I have used turbo tax for over 30 years so I am not new to this.

Turbo Tax is great

I have used Turbo Tax since 1998 and never had any problems. Never felt I needed to use their tax experts or audit help.

Accuract questionable.

I had to enter my taxes twice because the program lost it the first time. and ended up with $95 less then the first time. So really question the accuracy of the program

I was unable to enter my SSA information via the menu. All other areas in the menu worked fine for adding tax information. Had to enter the information for SSA earnings onto the form myself.

TurboTax is not what it used to be.

I spent a full day getting just the software up and running. (This was the case the previous two years too.) The interface was clumsy too and not intuitive: It felt like a work in progress. I found myself relying on the forms rather than following the step-by-step sequence. At the end, I had to reboot the program just to transmit my taxes electronically .
