I have used TurboTax for over thirty years. It has been a very good and reliable tax software. I recommend it to my friends and will continue to use in the future.

2025 Version Unimpressive

The changes you made to this year's version made it less menu driven & were confusing at times. I have used turbo tax for years, but you made it more complicated this year. i am not impressed

Easy to navigate, accurate results, helpful tips,small glitch in 1099R input - kept asking for Canadian Retirement Pension information though that country was never checked.

Windows 10 incompatibility

No seamless transition downloading software this year. It took me 15 hours to file this year, when historically has taken 60-90 minutes
