Froze up and required a restart several times. Failed to process credit card billing.
Not encouraging in tax-prep software.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Bad experience

Have been using product for 25 years and never had as much trouble before. The program did not pick up items from various 1099s in consistent ways. In general, what had been a straightforward process in previous years became a real chore.

Turbo tax works very well

Very good program. Easy to use. I use it so I do not have to read the latest tax law and so I can download all stock transactions instead of pages of typing.

The whole turbo tax experience was just great. Straight forward, simple, guidance, and really easy to use. Have been using turbo tax for a number of years and will continue to do so. Thanks for a great product!

TurboTax quick and easy for standard deduction

The program seemed to run a little quicker and smoother this year. I do wish the State was just included in the price though to avoid the whole "purchase thing" one must do.

2025 Turbotax was more cumbersome to use.

I have used Turbotax for over 10 years. I found the software more difficult to use this year. It was not as intuitive.

Better interface

Seems like there should be a way to have the documents from the US Treasury to be imported. Import interview is cumbersome - old was was much cleaning interface for reviewing and entering data.
