Bring back or replace ItsDeductible!

Turbo Tax is still a very good product, but removing ItsDeductible with no replacement is a major loss for processing charitable donations of goods.

I would not file any other way than with TurboTax

I appreciate the flow and directions of the TurboTax program. If the tax filer takes the time to read the instructions and carefully fill in the data, he should be able to successfully file his return. My main request is that you don't change up the program from year to year. A few small changes are fine, but big format changes are confusing. Thanks.

Completed my return with little or no issues. It had changed a bit from last years edition, so it took me a liittle time to figure it out. But overall it's a great program...

All imported data did not auto fill in the required boxes in the form. Only when reviewing the forms, data has to been manually entered.

I’m a long-time TT user, and have had few problems with it. Some uncommon terminology used in the forms is undefined, and a to be researched before proceeding. As I finished my Federal return, th software hung up and my cursor just kept spinning. I had to force quit and lost the entire return. A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. However, overall, I would recommend TT for those with relatively simple returns.

Wonderful product that improves each year. Used to have a tax consultant prepare my returns, but switched to Turbo Tax almost ten years ago and haven't regretted my decision.

Long Time User Recommends

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and highly recommend it. I appreciate the functionality and ability to switch at will between easy-step and forms, and select the option to work on specific areas of income, deductions and worksheets. I also like the ability to identify data sources for entry boxes, and see how the entries interact. The program provides all the necessary forms, and with the import features, it greatly simplifies investment reporting and entries. In summary - Turbo Tax works!

Intuit fell on its face and ruined a simple, useful product with relentless adware promoting "Experts" and a web-based platform no one really wants or needs. I won't be back.
