Turbo Tax 2025

The Donation section for household and clothing items offered very poor assistance with pricing. Prior years' Turbo Tax offered pulldown menus that listed categories which could be selected and provided estimated costs. We would definitely like to have that type of menu structure in future years.

Need a copy of the filing fees

I am so frustrated right now.... I could not print nor take a picture of h fees to file. Now I cannot find and easy way to find them so tah I can save them. If I dont get a copy in the email, I will likely not use Turbo tax again.

Great Program for over 40 years

Utilized Turbo Tax since the 80's. First programs were on 3" floppy disc (if anyone can remember?) . Always found the program to be easy to utilize and prepare documents. Used "Home and Business" version the majority of that time as my wife and I had mixed income streams of W4 income,1099 income from a small part time consulting business, and my wife's self employment. Fully retied now an switched to Deluxe version.

2nd great year with TurboTax after 20 with H&R

2nd year of TurboTax after over 20 years with another program. Love that it incorporates my Arizona state forms correctly so I don't have to paper file Love that I can do up to 5 federal forms with efile. The information is generally well explained. Had one minor issue when I loaded the state program, it was glitching and not asking questions, but after closing and reopening it worked fine.
I really don't like the push to use the webbased services. I do like that the desktop version is compatible with all my companies for downloading forms and also works for PC and Mac. It is a little more expensive, but the features make it worthwhile.
