IRS PIN

When my identity was stolen 11 years ago when I filed my income tax via Turbo Tax, the IRS sends me a 6 digit PIN every year. Each year I eventually have to call your help desk to be able to navigate to input my IRS PIN! Perhaps I am the only one who has his identity stolen?

Turbo Tax is pretty good. It didn't tell the user how much of one's pension is excluded from taxation in Colorado. It referred us to a website that wasn't working, so I found another website, but it was VERY confusing.
Also, you shouldn't charge for filing state taxes with a refund.

TurboTax is a GREAT program. RECOMMENDED!
However I had a problem with the STATE e-filing. Processing my payment for STATE e-file encountered problems. Suggest Intuit simplify this for STATE e-filing to make it "fail-safe".

Quite Confusing

This version will not allow me to select "Tennessee does not have a State Income Tax" so I cannot get to the end and do an orderly save of the 2024 turbo tax file.

CT1040 Form not working

Have not been able to submit my CT taxes. I have several emails that say the CT1040 Form is now ready, I perform the Update, and it still does not work saying DO NOT FILE. I noticed that no updates since December are listed in the Connecticut folder. The update feature does seem to be pulling any fixes to the CT1040 form into my current TurboTax version. I just submitted my Federal taxes. When will this be resolved so I can submit my Connecticut taxes?
