I'm very happy with TurboTax

I love how TurboTax uses plain English to ask questions that help enable the most accurate return. I also really enjoy how it fills in all the forms automatically, eliminating the chance for human error.

I rated Turbo Tax Excellent since it made it easy for me to file. I like to learn about the tax filing as I go through each topic and it is explained very well. Step by step instruction keeps it simple and easy to use.

A user must re-learn your quirks, changes, and process to battle through your instructions. Most previous editions possessed similar steps and explanations, and locations of information, where as now it is a hunt and guess system. import information verses using statements is a pain;. especially from small company sources.
