The software is super easy to use and the guidance and 'tax wizard approach' that takes you step by step through the process is great. I highly recommend the software.

Prior years,it was easier to use. Printing the 1040 required another program. Entry of income data was easier i prior formats

High Confidence in TurboTax

We have used TurboTax for many years and have been pleased with how user-friendly it is. Although we don't purchase TurboTax's additional services, we have great confidence in the annual Tax Return prep software and purchase the Deluxe version with Fed & State every year.

Locked up my system for a time.

Fairly easy to use, but it locked up twice. Wouldn't allow me to do anything, I couldn't even shut it down. It just required me to totally shut down the hold laptop. I didn't lose any data, so I was able to continue where I left off.
