I rely on TurboTax

Ever since it was Macintax, I have used this product to ensure accurate and easy tax filing. The ability to download all financial institution 1099s and read W-2s has been really helpful.

I did not engage with assistance. Our taxes are basically just income with not a lot of deductions.

Horrible They Removed It's Deductible

Program works fine but terrible that they removed "It's Deductible" from the program. Not sure I would use Turbotax again because of that.

Product Code Issues

It took me at least a month and several phone calls finally get the app downloaded to my computer so that I could access the product code. There must be an easier way to gain access to that information. I've never had a problem until last year. It has been difficulty for the last two years.

In my experience, Turbotax is easy to use and helps to file my taxes. My only dislike is the complexity of downloading Turbotax into different computers for my family.

Updates could be better

same . Nothing is getting better. You buy a copy of turbotax and have to log in at intuit but cant activate it because there is not a place to do it , or , did i miss it . I dont think so. Make a place to activate copies with codes.
