All good except Update process

Everything was fine except for the excruciating time it took to update TurboTax every time I went into it. Took like 40 minutes every time. Never had this problem in past years. Please fix next year or I may be forced to switch to another software.

Turbotax stated there was an error in figuring out the Lump sum SSA Benefit but know clear explanation of how to correct it. Checked the worksheet and information was correctly entered so what was the error?

I originally filed online, but I need to file an amended return. It was very easy to purchase a code, download the software, and quickly make the amendment.
