Great product, used for over 20 years. Like using it, but all the repetition of personal information seems grossly unnecessary and time consuming. I was also surprised that several questions seemed vague and the topic help wasn't very clear. That is a regression from its usual clarity.

Unable to skip e-file for state form. Had to go in and navigate to print it myself.

Turbo tax is requesting the Drivers License for a deceased person. I don't have it and we can't e-file without it.

You didn't make it easier!

This year's return was much more complicated than in past years. Very annoying at the beginning to bypass all the sales pitches before being able to enter information. Too many clicks to get to where you entered information in many of the sections.
