New frontier

filing non-resident CA taxes was quite intuitive. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the state filing since it's unfamiliar (I'm a WA state resident). The search for credits and breaks was rewarding and simple thanks to the UI

I appreciate the simple interface that enables me to file my yearly taxes (relatively) painlessly. The little improvements to the way the software works with me in each version do not go unnoticed!

I have never had issues using turbo tax for several years. The 2025 software crashed when I was almost finished and I had to enter everything again. Very sad...

TurboTax Software Issue

Not as easy to use as in earlier years, and there is a problem with the software's electronic population from a given financial institution when joint return has both parties with a separate account with that financial institution. It will override the first electronic population with the second and continue doing so vice versa until the filer gives up and enters ony of the party's data by hand.
