Turbo tax saves me time and money.

I completely trust the accuracy. The guidance seemed more cumbersome than in the past. You ask for a password to something I don’t recognize or have. A better explanation of that would be helpful.

It was harder to follow this year over past years. I also purchased it early unaware that it was not complete and missing sections which delayed the completion.

Had several problems where Fed info would not transmit to my State form and no where to get assistance unless I pay MORE for the issue!!!!

Program different look than previous years. Simplified questioning. Questions easy to follow and understand. Additional info boxes are useful when more details are needed. Love the accuracy of the calculations. Importing of financial records and how it fills in the forms correctly makes it so, so helpful for us seniors. Will use it again next year for sure.
