pushing other products is annoying

Turbo Tax is the worst I have seen it this year

I have used your product for over 20 years. This is the worst version I have ever used. It put in numbers that I never did. It created forms I didn't need and didn't put them on the the forms list so I could delete them, but, you could pull them up on the screen and see them all filled out. At one point it completely disappeared and I had to download it 3 times to get a version that worked. I am not sure if I will use this Software again next year. It froze up and got into a loos that I didn't know how to fix.It took me hours and hours to do just the short form.

I have used Turbo Tax since it began. I feel it is easy enough for most anyone to use. I've never had any problems with it.
