screen lock up

Had some problems

I've used Turbotax for 2 previous years of filing my taxes and it worked great. This year I had 2 problems my purchase of 2024 Deluxe for Mac file did not have the features to delete forms as shown on their website or on YouTube posts and it wouldn't print or save my tax reports. I had a very good representative named Mary in Florida that helped figure out how to finally delete form information. It still showed form just no information in it any longer which was not optimum but worked. Then unfortunately got to the end filed taxes and it wouldn't let me print or save my taxes! Real problem for me. I need to get back on the phone and probably do some more screen sharing to get this resolved as well.

Mishandles Detroit, MI Taxes

Turbo Tax does not handle Detroit, MI city taxes properly. On our joint return, the city requires that all W2's be listed on the City of Detroit Withholding Tax Schedule (Form 5121) regardless or not if the work was done in Detroit. My wife works in Detroit but I do not. Every year I have manually edit Form 5121 using the forms function to tell Detroit NOT to tax my out of area income. If I don't do this Detroit taxes it all. Seems like a scam, I know.
