need more "lead me through it," AI agent sucks

1) If it's on a federal tax form, TurboTax should have a field to enter it -- I'm looking at Form 1098, TurboTax doesn't directly ask for what's in Box 10
2) How about a pick-list of "I have [this] form]" and TurboTax leads you through entering that information for processing?
3) Too many cases of "lead you through it" BUT I have to select to be led through it. If I don't own a business, just ask me "Do you own a business?" and when I say NO, let me know I can bypass the sections that are now irrelevant
4) This AI "support" in filling-out this form is annoying -- turns-out I type faster than the AI, so I am getting needlessly auto-corrected which ends-up that I have to slow-down my typing OR I have to correct the AI's "corrections"

Some wording was unclear. For me the wording for identifying RMDs was especially unclear.

I was confused at first, when entering income from different companies and investment accounts I didn't realize I could try to get the data online. I normally enter the data by hand.

State File by Mail awkward

The interface is Awkward in the Filing section. For example: If you want to Efile Federal but Mail returns for State, the normal flow does not account for this. I have to go back into Filing (after transmitting Fed return), then select File By Mail, then continue. The initial File flow should allow one to select HOW they wan file each, and then go through the screens accordingly. I think I complained about this in previous years, but no change.

Turbo Tax-very frustrating this year

I've used TurboTax since 2021 and previously always found it easy to use. The first time I used Turbo-Tax this year (2025), I finished all entries but i not file because I first wanted to check everything the next day. I logged in the next day and kept getting an Error 190 for which there was no explanation. I closed the application and signed in again and had to enter all information again.
I was very frustrated with entering the same information multiple times, e.g. IRA/SEP/simple box contents for each form multiple times. Also, for my CSA 1099R I was not allowed to efile taxes until contents of box 3 were entered. THERE IS NO BOX 3 ON THE CSA 1099R!!!
