Tax Help is Great, Transmission was Painful

The tax portion was fine no issues. When I went to file I received an error and the resolution to the error listed was not available to me. I figured out that I need to run any updates for my Mac and then the updates for TurboTax came up. Once I ran the TurboTax updates I was able to transmit. This took me 4 days to work out and was after I had already paid to transmit thru TT.

Need some clarity

I love Turbo Tax, I've been using it for 30 years. I wish there was a bit more clarity with entering SSA retirement and SSA disability. It's a bit confusing at my income level, particularly when it comes to state return portion. Upselling interruptions are a bit annoying.

Diminished user friendly

I have been a loyal TurboTax user for many years, but my experience this year has been the worst I’ve ever had. The software did not function as smoothly or intuitively as in previous years, and I encountered several frustrating issues that made filing my taxes unnecessarily difficult.
One of the biggest issues I faced was the inability to look up my 1099 for financial institutions such as the United States Defense Department. Given that this is a major federal agency, I was shocked that TurboTax could not locate it. In previous years, TurboTax has seamlessly connected my documents, but this year, nothing seemed to work properly. As a long-time customer, I expect a more reliable and user-friendly experience. Unfortunately, this year’s problems have significantly diminished my trust in TurboTax.

TURBO TAX DOWNLOAD TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES

Have used Turbo Tax for decades. This year's download (no disk) took over 30 minutes. There were several reboot/refresh times with program.
Hopefully, these things can be fixed by next year.

Troubling

Not completely satisfied, last years was more user friendly. Had to call into turbo tax to find out what we could install it on even though it said what to use.
