TT is okay

Update TT such that if Fed Return is E-mailed, and State is Mailed the process is clearer.
TT needs to include direction for correction if a given (1099-B for example) item needed will not open (this happened to me and the TT rep asked me to close Webroot and open TT as Administrator which permitted 1099-B to be opened ... we don't know which one did the trick!)

More Menus than you need,

In general this year's Turbo Tax seems less useful than previous years. It displays too many options of no interest to me. Somehow you need to find a way to make your menu system more user friendly.
And hopefully, next year you will have a proper AI system which can sift through your millions of comments and other data to find questions and situations which pertain to obscure questions. I had difficulty finding information about dealing with a United Nations pension. Luckily I was connected to one of your Turbo Tax Experts who had access to more obscure information, which solved my problem. Bravo for real people!
