Terrible guidance. I used to get some credits that I am not able to get now. You gave no easy way to figure out why the program kept saying I was not eligible. I wasted hours looking up material instead of getting guidance for multiple questions on the program

Fix your updates!

TurboTax has always been great. This year your updates do not work requiring me to unhook from my internet to continue. In looking online it appears that this is a problem for many if not all users. I have a current computer with Windows 11 but get a failed update every time.
