Horrible format

Horrible format anti user friendly, instructions are vague , transfer was exhausting. ive used for 15 years and it has progressively gotten worse every year. This is the absolute worst idea ever, eliminating the dvd, I will never use again.

I recently used TurboTNew!Click to editax to file my taxes, and I was really impressed with how user-friendly the program is. Everything is laid out in a clear and simple way, making it easy to understand each step of the process. I was able to complete my taxes on my own without any problems because the program guides you through everything.
What I especially liked is that if you do want help, TurboTax can walk you through the filing step-by-step so you don’t feel lost or overwhelmed. And if you ever need additional assistance, they have tax professionals available who can answer questions and help make sure everything is done correctly.
Overall, it’s a wonderful program that makes doing taxes much less stressful. I would definitely recommend TurboTax to anyone who wants an easy and reliable way to file their taxes.

Taking away Its Deductible was a mistake!

I think it was a major mistake of your company to remove the its deductible feature from TurboTax. I have been a long-time user of the product, and it increased my preparation time significantly.

Turbo Tax gets it done, eventually

Got my 2025 Taxes, Federal & State finished, finally!!
If you're drawing money from your 401-k and have created QCDs to reduce your taxable income, YOU WILL have a difficult time finding all the RIGHT boxes to check. You WILL have to go through all the steps at least 3-6 times! BEWARE: make sure you only have 1 version of the previous years taxes on your computer (I run simulations, to calculate next years taxes early, to determine how much to withdraw from 401k without going to the next tax bracket). If Turbo Tax grabs a "simulated tax return, not the actual 2024 Tax return, it uses those numbers for ALL your year to year comparisons. Very confusing, I tried to edit Turbo Tax history, wouldn't work!!

Accuracy is first rate. I really like that I can download information from my broker. Not real crazy about having to buy a new computer in order to get Windows 11.
