Simple & Effective

Didn't access any guidance from your tax experts because we always file with no investments, no property sales, no income from other states, no house interests to claim (we are financed at a very low rate), we have no children, no student loans and though we faithfully give to various charities, we can never meet the amount for which to claim our donations. Besides all of that, your product is designed very well and it is super easy for us to navigate.

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate. Transfer of previous tax year information very helpful and saves time. Having most or all of your documents available and organized will make the tax preparation process much faster.

Turbo Tax is now like every other Intuit offering, slow and cumbersome. Just like I did with Quickbooks, I will be finding a substitute for TT.

TurboTax is an excellent way to do your taxes!

I find TurboTax easy to use. When I first started using it (over 20 years ago) I used it for my own way to organize my info and to check against what my tax guy did. In year 3, TurboTax beat my tax guy's refund (plus, he had made an error on one of the forms that delayed my return) and I have used TurboTax on my own ever since.

This made filing for taxes simple. When I had questions, the information for help answered and explained all required information for me to understand what the form was asking from me. I will use this application for future taxes.

Turbo tax is awesome

The program is fantastic. My only issue was I did not see a way to to shut down and save your work if you did not finish. I was able to find it through trial and error but I was worried I would have to start over.
