I have been using TurboTax for many years. Turbo Tax is very user friendly. I have never had a problem with any tax return. I will always use Turbo Tax.

I have a bad experience with TurboTax Deluxe this year. The interface seems clumsy unlike previous versions. Too many up selling. Pushing users to the online version is a no no for me. And it appears to have less functions compared to previous years.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many, many years and this has been one of the best updates. It is very easy to use and to e-file, if that is your preference.
