mixed feelings this year

Never had a problem before. But this year the program stop running then would not let me back in. Had to uninstall and reinstall before I could finish. Took many times before it would reinstall. When it did it worked great. Just frustrating.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so easy. It is set up logically and the guidance provided is helpful. No way I could ever go back to filing taxes manually

Easy to use tax return software

Overall Turbo tax is easy to use and straight forward. However, the AI help feature is not as smooth as i sounds. I asked the question of finding particular form, the responses are not relevant to my question.

TurboTax Needs to put back import from prior year

Import from prior years tax returns has been eliminated in the desktop version making it necessary to re-enter everything!
