ACA Explanation Related to 1095-A Broker Fraud

I dropped one star this year because Turbo Tax Deluxe Federal Only did not provide an intuitive way to resolve an IRS rejection related to 1095-A and Agent Broker Fraud. I was instructed to create an ACA Explanation in a PDF format and attach it to the efile resubmission, but there was no way to do that. However, I did call in for support, and this was new to the representative. The Rep contacted IT support and together gave me professional guidance. I did finally figure it out, but many will have this problem because Agent Broker Fraud is on the rise. The answer to this was to go back to the interview, state that you did receive a 1095-A (even though you didn't), and the form will generate. You then have to go back in the interview and select that you DID NOT receive a 1095-A. When that is done, you have to leave Step-by-Step and go to Forms where you will see the ACA Explanation form. You enter the details here. What you need to do is change the software so that selecting that I DID NOT Receive a 1095-A, also invokes the ACA Explanation Form, and make the FRAUD statement available in the Step-by-Step so that the user can enter an ACA Explanation.
