Scam me for more money and don't do your job

Paid for Turbotax again this year because MO Non-resident is a pain. Thought it was a good deal with an included State from on sale at Amazon, but then they charged me an extra $25 to E-file to MO and then they tell me I still need to mail in a voucher with the $30 or so we owed to MO. Turbo tax is a scam

Program full of hangups

2024 TurboTax Deluxe is horible. I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and this was the worst year. It kept locking up and would have to restart after a force quit. At one point toward the end it lost all information except the page I was working on.

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo tax for over 30 years now and have always been very happy with Turbo Tax. My wife used to own a business and I did the whole Schedule C Profit and loss back in those days to now filing a standard return.
