BEWARE of the $45 Charge*Pay with CC at End* Sale

I found it very frustrating to find an additional $45 for opting for the $15 payment to be taken from my refund amount. Im sure many people pay your $45, but not me! I was able to call Branden in
support who very kindly walked me through the process of finding out where this $45 charge was coming from on my file. We were able to delete this suspicious charge. Not happy about that!

Turbo Tax is a rare relief - knowing its RIGHT

I have used Turbo Tax product to file our income taxes for at least 10 years. It has always been a very reliable product, and extensively thorough. This year, with the addition of the tax affected ...inclusions (or exclusions), the "no tax on tips, no tax on overtime and little or no tax on senior citizen benefits", there were some unique issues that caused me some frustration, when I couldn't dive deep enough into the free benefits of the program to locate answers and had to go to the experts on the phone. They did not charge me for this assistance. They were able to help me find the answers by changing how and where I put in the information. I may have saved myself a little frustration by requesting help sooner.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TurboTax is great, with some exceptions.

Preparing tax returns with TurboTax is easy and straight forward, however you need buttons to opt out of state downloads when you don't need them, and a button to update TurboTax later if you don't have time at that moment. Also, for the price of TurboTax, you should include a free state E-file for the state you are filing in. Your reason for not doing so is ludicrous.

Mac version is still not Apple Silicon - unacceptable. Also found some errors in the interview questions so had to use the forms to make sure submission was correct.
