Turbo Tax is superior to all others.

High fee to efile state.

Overall a great product. I feel very comfortable being led through the many fields.
Only complaint is that to file state, I have to pay $25. OK, that is not too bad. But it's really bad that you charge a fee of $40 to have the $25 taken out of my federal return!
Come on, a $40 fee to pay a $25 bill? It's just wrong. I undid it and charged to credit card.

After almost 3 decades, find another software!

I've been using TurboTax for decades to me and my immediate family's taxes. You are making it harder to just buy and use the software - annoying the heck out of me to do it online instead. And its a bait and switch. I tried to do my retired parents online and you refused to let it be filed using the free software after I had already entered all their information. Its a bait and switch money grab and I hope you get sued for your predatory practices.

Turbo tax good until the end

All went well until the end when I had to pay you the $25 filing fee for my ME return. After entering 3 credit cards, you said none were approved. All my cards are up to date with ample credit av available. My first entry you wouldn't allow me to input the correct month for the expiration date. So I opted to apply it to my refund. However, you charged me a $40 processing fee which i did not expect. I believe this was not my fault and would ask you to consider refunding me thar $40 fee. Thank you,

Your program sent estimated tax payment for 2026 even though I did not owe taxes and DID NOT WANT IT TO DO THIS!!! Your software is too restrictive in it's operation, I will go back to H&R Block!
