I feel like this is more confusing than just using the turbo tax website. It was definitely cheaper but felt longer to file than usual, not as simple than website use. It says it has technical support but did not see an option for it. It also states it has audit defense, but it really does not. I'm not sure that I'll buy this again.

Turbo tax is not calculating America Op credit!

Did not give good explanation how applying scholarship towards room and board has a huge impact on American Opportunity credit, really could not follow this in the form and now it think i messed it up. If you say scholarships are used for Room and board, you get the full American Opportunity credit, if you say they are not, it applies the scholarship against tuition i guess and calculates a smaller net tuition, even though the scholarships and 529 payments don't specify whether they are used for Tuition or Room and board. So your comment on that page needs to say a lot more!!

I enjoy using TurboTax! The layout is very easy to understand and navigate. The offers to upgrade to different services throughout the process don't feel over-pushy and sound useful for the ideal customer. Nice to be able to go back and forth and confirm you're comfortable with all the information you've inputted without bothering a tax prep person. Makes you feel confident you've filled your forms out correctly!

Turbotax covered everything for completing schedule A, but it would be even better if the deduction section had a list of each deduction category. I found that I had to write each section down so I wouldn't include things that should be in another upcoming section.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
