2025 Turbo Tax has some glitches

Software had glitches. Transferred donations from 2024 would not allow entries for 2025.
I had to reenter all donations information. Created alot of frustration until I figured it out.
Card payment for filing state would not allow me to select 12th month.
I was able to complete using another card that had 4th month. Created alot of frustration until I figured it out. Never had issues in the past 20+ years.

A Great Product!

We have been using TurboTax for years, including some tax years that were fairly complex (when we had kids in college). I am always impressed by the ease of use and the helpful topics with guidance. I also love that when you use it for consecutive years, it pre-fills your information in the next year; and my most complex statements are available to import, saving me a great deal of time. Well worth using!

Double-charged and long phone waits

Program is easy to use. But wait times for phone assistance are long. Had to call once already because I was charged twice for a state return. Now I've been charged twice again for another return, so I'll have another long wait time calling again. Very frustrating. Also, I was initially confused by the online option, but phone person helped me with that.

Don't Trust Turbo Tax Blindly

Major error on the GA Form 500. On Feb 28, 2026 an error like this is unacceptable. GA conforms with federal itemized deduction. Making an adjustment on line 12b is inaccurate. It is contrary to the form instructions and all available information. This error increased my tax by $600!
