NEEDS TO IMPROVE A LOT

Downloaded versions MUST and SHOULD automatically save as infomation is inputted. It shouldn't only be the online version that automatically saves. I lost close to 4 hours of time working on my taxes when the screen froze and I couldn't save my work. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh Oh Turbo Tax

I am not happy with this version of Turbo Tax. I feel it has tried to force me to use the online interface. The option to request a check upon e-file isn't there? I really didn't want to let the IRS into my bank accounts. If this company doesn't stop trying to force the online option and tax experts on me then I will be going back to filing on paper or use a different software that is not trying to control me. Oh, and the Windows 11 only option was really not a smart choice. Looks like, your company got the "invasive Microsoft's concept" about controlling everything that gets near the software which is out of control.

Never really had any problems with the software in the years I used it. This year for whatever reason, it kept bugging me on direct debit stuff and had to refile this year because of it.

1040-X update nightmare.

I received my 1099-DIV form after filing my taxes. The 1040-X wasn't available and I had to wait until February 28 to receive a notice that it was finally available. So I updated Turbotax and it messed up a LOT of the original information that I had already input. After redoing the return I don't trust that it is correct. I am going to review every single screen before refiling. I have been using Turbotax for years and was very happy with it. I am VERY unhappy now.
