No Hawaii state efile

The software is great, both federal and state. I usually do state without TurboTax, but this time I paid $40 extra for Hawaii state on TurboTax so that I could efile it. However, when I got to the end it said that I can't efile. So, I didn't get what I paid for.

Disappointing version for 2025.

This version is not nearly as easy to use as last year's. Disappointing. It demanded that I finish Penn, before I did a federal review. There is no space to add a misc. and tell what it is. Program didn't give a choice..you must choose but none of them fit.

$40 Fee is excessive

The documentation on the $40 transaction fee is VERY confusing and may be costing you customers next year. It is difficult to understand that we only need to pay with credit card (for state file) to avoid this EXTREEME high cost transaction fee.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. I usually rave about how intuitive it is to use; not so much this year. i did not like opening a form for the first time and seeing error messages because I did not enter any data yet; duh. There were several times when I thought "what's next" or why did I get that message". I never had those problems in prior years.

Easy to use

The software is easy to use and can walk you through the process. Having the ability to import all institutions forms makes it so that there are no mistakes. My only suggestion would be to have the ability to import a PDF and pull the data from the file would be a good option.
