SIMPLICITY - EASE OF UNDERSTANDING

OMG. I AM LACKING A BETTER DESCRIPTIVE EXPERIENCE WITH MY ADVISOR. I AM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD OR CAN DISCLOSE HER NAME EXCEPT TO SAY THAT SHE WAS POSITIVELY AWESOME!!!
OH BOY - NOT ONLY DID SHE DRILL ME THROUGH THE PREPARATION PROCESS TO DETERMINE MY ERRORS BUT SHE WAS VERY PATIENCE WITH MY MISUNDERSTANDING AND I ENDED MY SESSION BETTER SATISFIED THAT SHE GENUINELY CARE AND WANTED TO ASSIST.

Always have trouble starting site every year.

Every year I have trouble getting the site to accept that I already have a turbo account. It would not send info to my phone number or to my email that you have on file. I had to reinstall a few times before it finally works. Your site sent me a message that something went wrong..... then it timed me out, while I was waiting for your sit to send me a code to my phone.

Very hard to Figure- NO CD

I found it difficult to go to each section. Especially difficult finding and filling my 1099-R for my Federal Form.
Paying extra for the Federal, State and $60 for something I do not remember authorizing, The program should be available on CD. I found it difficult to add the program on my laptop (second install).

Turbo Tax problems

I don't know how to say this, but it seemed much more difficult than previous years. Previously, I did not have to give the amount of RMD.
Also, the download was not easy. I had to shut down and start over. The first download seemed to take me directly to filling out the personal info for us without putting in the license code.
