I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. I usually rave about how intuitive it is to use; not so much this year. i did not like opening a form for the first time and seeing error messages because I did not enter any data yet; duh. There were several times when I thought "what's next" or why did I get that message". I never had those problems in prior years.

Easy to use

The software is easy to use and can walk you through the process. Having the ability to import all institutions forms makes it so that there are no mistakes. My only suggestion would be to have the ability to import a PDF and pull the data from the file would be a good option.

Harder to use this year because of login requireme

Much harder to use this year because of the requirement to login to Intuit. I can no longer open Turbotax 2024 in parallel with 2025 to compare how I handled items last year

Easy to use. Have used Turbo Tax for filing my 1040 tax returns for many years.
