Turbo Tax and Marley are awesome!

As always, Turbo Tax was very easy to use, easy to follow instructions. Your customer service is especially good at what they do particularly Marley. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He stayed with me until my issue was resolved. He should be commended for his excellent customer service skills.

Not quite as easy this year

It just didn't seem as easy this year. Also, I was suppose to get one free state filling, but was charged at the end.

Now that I am retired, the areas pertaining to entering my data seemed more complex this year than last.
I prefer receiving a CD/DVD disk.
