IMPORT ISSUES

FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH TT. THIS WAS REGARDING IMPORTING FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM MY FINANCE CO. IT APPEARS THERE WAS AN UPDATE FEB 23 BUT STILL WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE "ALLOW" BUTTON FOR IMPORTING. I MANUALLY HAD TO TRY TO ENTER SAID INFORMATION AND NOT SURE I HIT ALL THE CORRECT FORMS. WE WILL SEE. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I USE TT BUT IF THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM I MAY HAVE TO SWITCH. MY RETURN IS EASY BUT NOT THIS YEAR.

I get my taxes done every year but if i have any questions it's always an answer from the "community", not knocking anyone willing to help, butt.... Are the people answering the questions Tax Agents/experts or just users who are fluent in the software???

With the updates for the 2025 year on turbotax, I found that it is not as user friendly. The income section for recording the W2G was very confusing; I had to search through all of the income topics. Maybe listing the actual form #s in the category heading would help so I know which form applies to that line item. We have used TurboTax for years and we will continue. The programming allows for my amateur computer skills!

I've used TurboTax for quite a few years. It is easy to use and I have always let it guide me through the process to be sure I don't miss anything. Never have had a problem with the results.
