First off, TurboTax software takes an insane amount of time to install. (How come I can install Adobe Creative Cloud and multiple Adobe apps in the time it takes to install TurboTax?) It then took 3-4 miserable hours to get our taxes done. And then after e-filing, we were told we still needed to mail everything to the government anyway. Whenever I did taxes with a professional, we got a refund, but this time, we owe a huge amount to the government. I also had a much better experience with H&R Block years ago.

As always, Turbo Tax was very easy to use, easy to follow instructions. Your customer service is especially good at what they do particularly Marley. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He stayed with me until my issue was resolved. He should be commended for his excellent customer service skills.
