Turbo Tax for 2025 is very user friendly!

The Software walked me through everything pertaining to the situations that were of importance to me. It also had answers for questions that I had. Very easy to use and understand. I have been using TurboTax for 15 years now, and I have always been pleased with the ease of use and the help if and when needed. I have even had friends and relatives that used to pay someone to prepare their taxes, actually use the Turbo Tax software and were very pleased with it! :)

Turbo Tax use to be fairly simple - it's not now.

I found this year's Turbo Tax Deluxe - Desktop to be a lot more confusing than last year's forms. I must prefer the disk I downloaded last year. This year I had a hard time editing the entries. It definitely was not clear on how to accomplish this issue.

Stick with what works year after year

Only issue is with the license code sheet, back page instruction 1 "Go to InstallTurboTax.com" It was frustrating because internet tools direct to the free download site (whether that is search engine or not unclear). The instructions should give the full address that goes directly to the download site https://InstallTurboTax.com

too much nickel and diming

ease of use is good, but getting rid of It's Deductible made me regret this purchase. Plus, all the upselling is annoying. I hate having to need an account to pay for e-filing by credit card. Next year I will look at an alternative.

Good except for change in not using Micro 10. had to use two computers to do taxes.
All of 2024 did not transferer to 2025 as expected.

Watch out for the needless $40 fee

I was EXTREMELY disappointed to have been offered the subtract from my refund option vs. credit card. Credit card option was $40 LESS than the Turbo Tax way of bamboozling more money out of its customers - and for what? I will be looking at another service next year.
