State e-file locks up in endless loop

tax prep was smooth and easy but got into an endless loop when trying to e-file the CA state. it indicated my $25 payment did not go through. It thought it needed to download the state taxes again but it already had. Only solution I could find in the help was to go through a long process of completely removing Turbotax as administrator and re-installing. Such a huge disappointment! Very worried that next return I do will run into same problem.

Great Tax Program

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 35+ years. It is easy to use, and the accuracy is right on. The features and guidelines are easy to follow. I will continue to use this software in the following years!

This is the first time I have self-filed and Turbo Tax made it easy for me. The guidance provided throughout the process was detailed and clear. I value the double checking and triple checking that is a constant feature to ensure accuracy.

Charitable Contributions entry needs work!

Hate new charitable contributions section! The previous Tax Year programs made it possible to alphabetize the various contributions to make them easier to find and work with. I think you could also rearrange the entries to suit my needs. Please retool and improve the charitable contributions section for TY 2026. Thanks!
