Still good, but does not respond

Submittal Problems

Never had so many problems before. The option to pay for state tax return by credit card would not come up. Watched spinny wheel for 40 minutes with no screen. Made 5 attempts. Finally got through to transmit page and again watched spinny wheel for over 6 hours with no success. Had to call an expert. Forced quit the Turbo Tax program and then completely reloaded it. Worked as advertised on second try. Now waiting to see if I was billed for two transmittals.

The only reason I am doing this review is that I do not see another good way to ask this question.
Why does my 2025 1099-ES have a DO NOT FILE watermark? I filed my Federal return electronically and would now like to print my 2025 1099-ES (x4)

The carryover from the previous year is most helpful.
