using Turbo Tax for nearly all my life has become easier every year. it was a little more difficult this year with some retirement tax situations but the interface is excellent for running you through all the expected incomes, deductions, etc. There is absolutely no reason why I would not use it next year again!

e-Filing (Fed & State) needs some attention. Before selecting e-filing, a notice window should pop up, to prepare the user to answer several follow-on prompts (e.g., PINs, Refund processing fees, and error corrections).
