TurboTax is Great

We have used Turbo Tax for several years. We track info on It's Deductible during the year and it gets automatically loaded when doing our taxes. Turbo Tax works great for us from year to year, accurate and easy. This is the first year we used a download instead of a disc. Worked great!

Overall great but this year TT Deluxe is buggy

I used TurboTax Deluxe, things went pretty well. But the program kept hanging/not responding and even crashed today after some updates. I've us Turbo Tax for 20+ years, this is the first time I ever encountered this problem.

Turbo Tax not so good this year!

In previous years I've had no problem with e-filing the tax forms. I've paid by credit card for the state return to be e-filed. When I hit send to e-file it would not let me, said I needed an updated form. No where was there a menu to update forms and every time I tried to e-file again I got the same message. So now you have my $15 credit card charge for e-filing and I have to mail in both my state and federal tax forms. You need a system on the menus to update forms. You've cost me money and time needlessly!
