Amendments' e-filing don't seem to work properly

when trying to file an amendment, it just cycles through without actually sending anything
i was going to give 3 starts, giving 1 now because it refuses to accept the review - keeps requiring an e-,ail while one is already entered

Desktop version needs work

I used the online version for years and was very happy with it, I will not be purchasing the desktop version again, it kept getting caught up the final review before actually filing

Great Product!

Excellent tool. I've been using turbotax software for many years and have never had a problem, never needed to consult with a tax expert. Software walks you through every step with clear concise instructions. Being able to compare your current year to the previous is very helpful. Preparation is the key to a smooth experience, need to have all your receipts/documentation organized and available.
