I was mildly satisfied with the app until FILING. I thought 1 state tax was free. You ripped me off for $20 there. Then because I have no idea what my password is you RIPPED me off for another $40. I have been using Turbotax for many, many years and am disgusted with these new fees. Goodbye, turbotax!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. It was difficult for the first few years. But once you have done it a few times, you know what to expect.

Turbo Tax glitch

my only concern was an issue adding in charitable deductions. The process was cumbersome and the amounts didn't appear to take and then ended up being doubled. I finally closed down and came back the next day and the numbers were correct.
