turbo tax desktop routinely saves corrupted files forcing the user to have to redo taxes. Horrible product. Will stop using after this year.

I stand with all those that complained about Itsdeductible being removed. It was so good and easy to use.

I've been using Turbo Tax for some years now, and the experience has been great because it is easy to use and it walks you through the process when entering all the information required. I like the explanation that provides for each topic if I have a question it explains the reason of why I may come with a doubt.
This software is great and very accurate with the new changes we may face every tax season.

Software is buggy, isn't efficient at times where it asks you to enter the same information multiple times, there are always questions that leave you wondering how do I answer this.
