Two problems

The program crashed and I had to reenter all my information. My printed forms includes payment vouchers, which I have never seen before and are not explained to me.

I Like the Turbotax

I love the product. However in some cases the explanations are lacking. When completing the Roth or traditional IRA input areas it is confusing . The term "contribution " needs to be further explained as it does not include conversions from a traditional to Roth IRS. Those are conversions not contributions.

TurboTax 2025 was not as straight forward as previous years. There was more detail included without explanations for what to do about the details.
Also, felt trapped into trying to e-file for my state. Georgia does not accept e-file.
