Trouble With TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years. This year I experienced several issues. (1) Changes to the input of interest and dividends is confusing and forces the user to add back payers that have been used in previous years. (2) TurboTax made a mistake in the calculation of my Oklahoma tax that had to be corrected manually. (3) The input functionality from financial institutions did not work and 1099 data had to be entered manually.

In my opinion, TurboTax is an excellent product.
My one concern is that an individual with a small refund will find this product too expensive.
