Awesome customer service representatives

I worked with two representatives, Roland and Bianca. They were awesome! They were patient, understanding and explained parts of the tax form. They deserve a raise.
I had all my references ready to go but had difficulty finding where to document the information.

how trouble inputing 1099 NEC for other income ,Rise award. other income should be listed on theist screen.

I wish you would fix the problem with BUTTONS. Not everyone uses a computer with a Large monitor. I use a laptop with a 13 inch screen and am forced to change the display resolution MULTIPLE times in order to continue.This problem has been there for multiple years. Please FIX IT.
