The TurboTax Easy Guides were more complicated. Also, I had trouble updating or correcting entries. Otherwise - great.

TurboTax is changing

I find that TurboTax software is becoming less user friendly. Explanations are using terms geared more towards tax professionals than to everyday Americans. I'm fairly intelligent so I know I can find the information elsewhere, but for the people that don't understand as easily or are intimidated by less colloquial vocabulary, this program won't be helpful.

Turbo Tax makes tax time hassle free

E filing went very smoothly. Had to review printed documents to confirm the S/S $6000 credit calculation. It was not mentioned in the entry process. A note of some sort would have helped.
