Very Long wait times for verification codes.

Only after many attempts was I able to log on to pay for my state return e-file. The problems were long wait times for verification codes. I received verification codes even after I completed the process. I also had this problem when attempting to search via Turbo Tax about a question. I gave up and used Google. I am a 30+ Year customer and am planning to research other options for 2025.

Turbo Tax is more difficult to use each year

Turbo Tax is difficult to load and use. I talked with a reprehensive and he was very helpful and walked me through the process of down loading so I could start my return. Finishing my return, printing a copy, and filing was difficult also. I have used Turbo Tax for years and each year it gets more complicated to use. Sad!

Problems

During review, it asked for some of the information that should have automatically filled in that wasn't. Also, twice following the state accuracy review, it locked up, requiring me to redo my state tax which was not saved. On the third attempt it worked. This is the first year I've experienced these problems

Ok so trying to activate felt a little like a game of guess what is really being requested. I have used turbo tax for many years, and it just gets to be more hoops just to activate maybe it's just my aging brain, password username activation/license # on top of having last year's info because it's needed. Also thank you I am officially not a Robot good thing I have a magnifying glass handy.
